Each carton is lined with VCI anti-rust paper. Cartons are stacked on fumigated plywood pallets, strapped, and stretch-wrapped. For bare steel parts, anti-rust oil is applied at no extra charge.
5. What’s your replacement policy if parts arrive damaged?
We require photo documentation within 7 days of delivery. Verified manufacturing or packing defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment.
