1. What drawing formats do you accept?
PDF, DWG, DXF, and clear hand sketches with dimensions. If the load requirements are known, include them — our engineers can suggest material grades and thicknesses.

2. Do you charge for a feasibility review?
No. The 12-hour engineering review and quotation are free of charge.

3. Can you supply a single sample before mass production?
Yes. We can produce a small sample batch for approval. Photos and dimension-check videos are provided before the balance of the order proceeds.

4. What if my part requires welding — how do you control quality?
All welded assemblies receive 100% visual inspection. For structural welds, full-penetration CO₂ welding is standard. Additional NDT (e.g., dye penetrant, ultrasonic) is available on request.

5. What’s the smallest order you’ll accept for custom parts?
There’s no strict minimum for custom connection parts. Even a small quantity of bespoke Z-brackets or gusset plates can be produced.
